What the Shopify app supports
The app connects Shopify to Freightseeker booking and pricing. Here is what matters before you set up the flow.
Step by step
- Checkout rates are enabled by Freightseeker. You can save settings in the app, but customers see rates only after the flow is turned on for your store.
- Multiple shipping options and add-ons at checkout need Shopify Plus, and you must add our checkout block once.
- The app does not include a parcel-shop or locker picker at checkout. Customers see rates and options based on your setup - not a separate pickup-point map.
- If you use add-ons with a separate fee line at checkout, Shopify allows only one such feature per store.
- Shopify does not always send package dimensions for rate calculation. Then your mapping or the app defaults are used, while weight can often come from the cart.

- Automatic orders and booking from Admin work even before checkout rates are enabled.
