Many shipping companies require a customer number to use their services, here at Freightseeker.com you can search and book your next transport without the need for a customer number, and you can print your shipping documents and track your shipment right here on our site.

When you book a transport you will receive an email with your order confirmation containing a shipping number, you can use this shipping number and track your shipment here on our site. If you have trouble finding your shipping number you are most welcome to contact us.
Yes, the prices we get from all leading shipping companies are based on our large shipping volumes, and these prices are available for you right here on our site.

If you have received a damaged shipment we are here to help you! The first step is to find out if the goods are damaged or if it´s just the outer package that´s been damaged. If the goods are damaged we need the one that sent the shipment to you to contact us directly so we can find out what happened. It the package have been visibly damaged we need to be alerted of this the same day the shipment arrives to be able to help. If the one that sent the goods can´t contact us, you as the recipient is welcome to contact us instead. If the goods are damaged but the package doesn´t show any sign of being damaged we recommend you to contact the one who sent you the goods. The one that sent the goods then need to contact us so that we can find out what has happened. We need to be informed about this within seven days from the date that you received your goods to be able to help you. If the one that sent you the goods can´t contact us you as the recipient is welcome to contact us instead, but to be able to solve the problem we need the one that sent you the goods to contact us.

We accept invoice for swedish users and debit/credit card, Visa and Mastercard.
All goods need to have sufficient packaging and a bag is not suitable for sending goods.
