Yes. On freightseeker.com you can search freight, choose a carrier, and book directly - without a carrier customer number. With an account you also get discounts, weekly invoicing, and access to the platform for higher volume.

Create an account and sign in to the admin platform (admin.freightseeker.com). Import addresses and shipments in batch, use the address book, follow statistics, and get everything on a weekly invoice. API and ecommerce integrations are available for automated flows.

Which carriers can I book?

Through the platform you can book carriers including DHL Express, DHL Freight, UPS, DSV, PostNord, Bring, and FedEx. Available options depend on address, goods, and service - you always see what is available before booking.

Is it cheaper than booking directly with the carrier?

Often yes. Freightseeker activates contracted rates and discounts in the platform, so you avoid your own customer number and negotiation. You always see the exact price before booking - savings vs booking directly vary by shipment.

How do I track my shipment?

You receive a freight number in the order confirmation. Use Track shipment on the website and enter the number, or follow the link in the confirmation email. With an account you also find shipments in the admin platform. If you cannot find the number, contact support@freightseeker.com.

What payment options are available?

For direct booking on the web you pay at checkout via Svea Checkout (card, etc.). With an account you can get a weekly consolidated invoice according to your plan and payment terms - see Pricing for details.

How do I sign in to the platform?

Once you have an account, sign in at admin.freightseeker.com with the same credentials. There you manage shipments, addresses, import, and invoicing. One-off booking without an account happens directly on freightseeker.com.

My address does not appear as an option in the search field. Why?

Accepted Answer

Enter the address manually in the form. If you proceed to the next step and see freight options, the address is approved. If you still have problems, contact us and we will help.

Question 14

My shipment is damaged, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Check whether the contents are damaged or only the outer packaging. If contents are damaged, the sender should contact us so we can investigate. For visible damage on delivery, the claim should be reported the same day.

Can I ship my goods in a bag or sack?

Accepted Answer

All shipments need approved outer packaging. Cases, sacks, and bags are not approved packaging. The waybill and address label must stay attached during transport.
